Photo coverage

Photography has been my passion for well over a decade now and I have honed my craft photographing 100’s of weddings.

I always describe my photographic style as being unobtrusive but structured. I anticipate moments before they even happen and you’ll be surprised when I just pop up from seemingly nowhere just at the perfect time to capture a scene almost like I knew it was going to happen. The structured part comes from understanding the running of a hectic wedding day - I’m amazingly efficient at groups shots, arrange a confetti line like a pro and I always know when your catering team is planning on serving diner. Your Photographer being organised means that you can relax! I’ll be on hand to fix buttonholes, stitch dresses and I’ve always got a wee pair of scissors handy!

These weddings cover a variety of days and will give you a good feel for how I will cover your day.

Photography Pricing

I have never been a fan of packages, I prefer to keep my pricing simple and transparent.

- An initial consultation to discuss your day

- A second, follow up meeting closer to the date to discuss finer details (~1 month before, optional)

- Inspiration and advice on hand whenever you need it in advance and on the day

- Full day coverage from the initial preparations well into the reception (8~10 hours)

- All of your images from the day fully edited and supplied at full resolution, perfect for printing (600+ images)

- A personal online gallery for you to view, download and send images to friends and family, share to your heart's content! 

- Deposit of £495 is required to secure your date with the balance payable in two instalments
(50% six months before the date and the remaining 50% 4 weeks before the date)

If you are planning a shorter day or even an elopement these are priced via my hourly rate of £450

Extras

No two weddings are the same so there are a bunch of optional extras that you can choose to include!

- If you feel that your wedding would benefit from having a second photographer this is easy to arrange and something that I totally recommend (Give it a serious thought!) It can be a great way to cover both you you getting ready in separate locations and to get more photos of your day. Most weddings would benefit from having a second shooter and weddings where I am capturing both Photos and Film 100% benefit from having a second pair of hands.

Hybrid Photo and Film Pricing

Along with taking candid, laid-back, and colourful photographs of your wedding I will create a 5min+ beautiful cinematic wedding highlight film. It really all depends on the audio fitting the story. (No one wants a nice sunset shot dubbed with a story from the best man about that one time in Ibiza…)

This is an add on to my base photography pricing.

(I highly recommend also adding on a Second Shooter for Stills when selecting this option!)

I love photographing people in places. It’s a chance for you to get some practice before the big and an opportunity to explore somewhere cool and get nice pictures - everyone loves that killer profile picture! 

Engagement sessions are £650

Destination

I love to shoot weddings in Scotland but I am more than up to shoot destination weddings!

Hybrid coverage makes so much sense for destination weddings!
